CHRISTOPHER EVANS Associate Choreographer

CHRISTOPHER EVANS (Tour Choreography) began his career with Hofesh Shechter Company, touring worldwide as one of its founding members. During this time, he collaborated on Jonathan Lunn’s Reading Rooms, a dance/text interplay working with Alan Rickman, Juliet Stevenson, and Miranda Richardson. Chris has been a member of Gecko Theatre since 2011, devising and performing in all their shows with Missing, Institute, and The Wedding currently touring worldwide. He continues a creative relationship with Hofesh Shechter as an associate, joining him on projects with Gothenburg Ballet, Nederlands Dans Theater and The Metropolitan Opera’s creation Two Boys. After co-writing The Dreamer, a co-production with the Shanghai Dramatic Arts Centre, Chris is now balancing his own creations with being Associate Movement Director for Harry Potter and the Cursed Child in London.
